After 120 seconds, the bot says this :
I sent the following message to ******* after 120 seconds without a response: Désolé, nous ne sommes pas disponibles pour le moment, soyez assuré que nous vous répondrons dès que nous le pourrons sur
We're not specially fan, because it somehow implies that we're away (with the mail follow up thing).
We would prefer something like this:
"Our team is particularly busy at the moment, but be will get back to you as soon as we can. Our answer will prompt here, you can safely close the chat window".
Our users are SaaS users: they stay in the software (not wandering on a front page).
Would be cool if we could edit the bot strings.
