I spent several hours testing Xeno's features and here is my feedback.
1 - Integration with social networks has encountered problems in multiple languages. I believe the best solution would be to have the option to disable the multi-language feature (which is not possible at this time).
2 - The email feature for the customer should be optimized. Now, is impossible to serve customers with Ticket.
How the tools: - Helpscout - Zoho Desk - Freshdesk
Larger text field for larger messages. It is difficult to type long text using CTRL + ENTER to skip the line and not send an accidental email.
BUG: When sending emails using Predefined response, the sent HTML is broken.
Customize More customizable HTML option or even email signature.
3 - The knowledge base is amazing, but some things can be implemented:
4 - The triggers are great, but I missed some features:
When adding a message trigger, when the user clicks on it, they may have the option to direct it to the options:
It would be great if the Rating feature were enabled without chat being triggered. Just for the user to vote, without interacting with a human, as in the example:
" Tell us how many stars you would give to our site. (star1) (star2) (star3) (star4) (star5) "
5 - A contact form is missing for users who like to write in more detail.
6 - There might be the option of not opening a conversation when the user contacts you by email.
