Suggestion from my team.
You probably can retrieve the url where the customer is.
The idea would be, let's say the customer is on the Invoice page on our software. If he clicks the button, the bot would directly present him with selected articles on the topic.
So, to recap, being able to provide help suggestions based on visited URL.
