When receiving emails into Xeno, have the option to enable automatic translation as it happens with chats. So agents can have seamless conversations via both chat and email in different languages.

Hey Alessandro, Thanks for your request! 🙂 That's a great idea! We would have to look into the feasibility of translating emails. However, it's not in our immediate roadmap for the time-being.
