Hi grace just been in touch with Colin the Founder of Platformly via their FB group and he wants to do an integration. He also Xeno, so the integration is really a no-brainer.

Here is the information he included in the message: If they go to: https://www.platform.ly/integrations/new/ - they can fill that out and I will send them all the stuff they need :)

Also they can reach me at colin@platform.ly = in case they need an additional way to reach us (we are on live chat too)

Yes, please seriously consider a Platform.ly integration. Dennis already outlined use-cases I was considering too. Thank you!

usecase examples:

1) Person adds Name & email in Xeno. if person is a contact in Platformly (PLY) add tag 2) Add/remove from segment in PLY 3) Add/remove tag(s) from contact 4) If Person is a new contact > add to segment & tag 5) person books meeting add tag etc… 6) Possibility of adding notes to contact from Xeno directly into PLY

These are a few examples. It means that you can see the conversations you’ve had with a contact. For example pre-purchase / post-purchase / inquires etc…

There’s probably other use cases as well. This will connect customer/lead communication throughout the whole funnel.

Also enables you to personalise conversations/interactions as you have a better understanding of the customer journey.

They also have incoming/outgoing webhooks
