Could you allow for a chat to be converted into a text chat similar to the feature of Podium. Allows chat to continue even after the customer has left the website... Would be an amazing feature.

We have this feature, but for e-mails. This means, if your visitor's e-mail is known, you can keep messaging them even after they leave the chat and/or your website.
Is this something that could cover your use case? Let me know. :)
