Allowing to submit feedback with multiple questions, true false and others will be great improvement on customer service and products.

But it only allows one question at a time. While zigpoll or birdseed can have many questions , polling and multiple choice one

hi David, that is exactly what our Survey feature is doing (Auto-messages > Surveys). See attachment. I'm marking this feedback as completed. Let us know if our Survey feature is not covering your need.

Hi David :) With our Surveys feature, you can ask up to 3 different surveys:
You can set up multiple surveys to be sent to your visitors after a chat.
If your visitor answers the first survey, the second survey will be sent to them. If they answer the second, the third survey will be sent to them. If, however, they answer the first survey but not the second, they'll never receive the third survey. This is a way to ask their opinion, without being too intrusive :)
