Usually, when an input text field has a font size set below 16px, this makes the viewport on mobile devices zoom in and shift toward the field. (See attached screenshot.)

The user then has to pinch-zoom-out to regain full view of the chat widget, which can be particularly frustrating if there are multiple fields to fill out.

This is currently affecting the widget knowledge base card search, Interrogation chat inputs, Pre-Chats and open-ended Survey question fields.

Suggestion:

I suggest disabling this automatic zoom effect by increasing the font-size on text input fields to at least 16px. (Looks like it's currently set to 12px in some or maybe all cases.)
